• Devices are provided on a rental basis for a fixed term as specified in your service agreement.
• Rented devices must be returned in good condition within the specified time frame.
• Late returns may result in additional fees.

3. Device Use & Responsibility

• Devices must be used as instructed and solely for the purpose of sleep testing.
• You are responsible for ensuring proper use and preventing damage.
• Loss, theft, or misuse of the device may incur replacement charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing is outlined in your rental agreement or invoice.
• Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms (e.g., upfront, Net 30).
• We accept various payment methods, and FSA/HSA may be eligible for some clients.

5. Data Privacy & Security

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before shipment.
• Refunds are not available once the device has been shipped or used unless the product is defective.
